The leaders were placed under house arrest after the removal of Article-370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Thirty-four leaders have been detained at the famous Santoor Hotel on the banks of Dal Lake in Srinagar. Now, Hotel Santoor, owned by the Tourism Development Corporation of India, has paid a bill of 2.65 crore to the Home Ministry for ninety days.
